The **D4 Medical** is a health examination required by the **DVLA** to ensure that HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) and PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) drivers are fit to drive. This assessment is mandatory when applying for or renewing a commercial driving license.
